My training has not been going to plan for Wrexham marathon.im not sure I have enough long runs in my legs do I go and try and province Wrexham and do Manchester as a long slow run as part of my ironman training or do I take Wrexham easy and try chase my phone in middle off getting ready for ironman
Maybe I will know better after mad dog 10k

Nice steady plan leading up to Wrexham that’s the one to go for I should of pb the 10k silly mistakes meant I didn’t wasn’t far away
