Got motivation back 

Looking forward to Sunday hopefully doing a loop of ironman course. Then change over most of he parts on my bike and give it a full service Monday swim Tuesday gym Wednesday silly a.m run with the other two silly idiot runners. Thursday hopefully a swim and a club run Friday gym and Saturday relax possible 3.1 miles with the wife. I have a plan for Ironman sorted need to focus on running for Wrexhamhopefully pub before the seriouse training kick in
