First track session

Last night at training half the club split. Some went onto the grass and a few of us went onto the track. I went on the track and I loved it. 3 x 1200 meters so 3 x 3 laps. The first to laps were about pacing and the last lap was about speed and changing up a gear. I was consistent on each one. It was great to cross the line and chill out and recover before doing it again. It was a great session and I thoroughly enjoyed it can’t wait till the next one
