To run or not to run. 

Haven’t ran since last Tuesday. It’s annoying me now. Always struggle in school holidays. My ankle doesn’t feel any better still niggling sometimes more painful some times fine. If I make it to the start I’m going all out no holding back no being cautious it’s not in me its all or nothing. Thinking I could rest it and just do rock and roll half. I would be so disappointed in myself if I don’t make the start line though really been looking forward to it. I’m torn this is closest to pulling out I have been
